PRODUCTION PROCESS
The entire production process takes place inside the plant, where the use of barcode scanners and an advanced quality system allow monitoring at every stage.
For extrusion, on the other hand, we make use of established international partnerships. Cutting operations are carried out by a twin-head cutting-off machine with automatic movement on recirculating ball bearing guides that, thanks to a powerful brushless motor, is capable of angular positioning of both heads in 240 variations. Assembly is entrusted to our best workers who, with experience and thoroughness, give the product the craftsmanship of the past.
Downstream of the process there is testing according to a quality sheet that dictates to the operator the invariant sequence of checks to be performed. Testing is not done on a sample basis, but is performed on each unit. Maximum attention is also paid to the packaging stage; in fact, each product is individually packaged with ultra-protective materials and with job order packaging to give it greater stability.
